Privacy policy

This policy explains what ScalePro ("we") collects when you use scalepro.store, a store built on it, or a checkout it processes, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account data — name, email address, password hash and billing details when a merchant opens an account.

Order data — name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, the items bought and the amount paid, when a buyer completes a checkout on a store built on the platform.

Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the referring site. This is first-party analytics; we do not sell it.

Payment data

Card numbers are entered on and processed by our payment provider under PCI DSS. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To run the store you bought from and deliver your order; to send order confirmations and support replies; to prevent fraud and abuse; to understand how the platform is used and improve it; to meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

Order data is shared with the merchant who sold you the product, with the payment provider that took the payment, and with delivery or email services strictly to fulfil the order. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7–10 years). Analytics sessions are kept for 26 months. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closing an account, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its use by emailing [email protected]. Buyers in the EU/EEA and UK have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
