Terms of service

These terms govern the use of scalepro.store and every store built on ScalePro. By opening an account or completing a purchase you agree to them.

The platform and the merchants

ScalePro provides the software, hosting, checkout and payment processing. Each store is operated by an independent merchant who lists the products, sets prices, delivers the goods or services and handles returns under their own policies. ScalePro is not the seller unless a page says so.

Merchant accounts

Merchants must be 18 or older, provide accurate business details, keep their login secure and use the platform only for lawful goods and services. We may suspend a store that breaks the law, these terms or our payment provider's rules.

Purchases

Prices are shown in the store's currency and include the taxes stated at checkout. A purchase is complete when the payment is confirmed; the order confirmation email is your receipt. Digital products are delivered by download link or activation instructions; physical products by the carrier the store chooses.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are decided by the merchant under their refund policy. Where a refund is agreed it is returned to the original payment method. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK keep their statutory rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to sell counterfeit, illegal or dangerous goods, to infringe intellectual property, to send spam, or to attack the service. We may remove content and terminate accounts that do.

Fees

Merchant subscription fees and transaction fees are those shown at the time of sign-up or on the pricing page, and may change with 30 days' notice.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ScalePro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to a merchant is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
